We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Zexore.

Returns You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, certain skincare and wellness devices may not be eligible for return once opened. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zexore.com with photos and your order number.
